Hi everyone!
I seem to be having an issue where the lawn mower module does not stay connected to the core. I attach it and it feels locked. I lower the latches to lock it in place. But more often then not at some point it works itself loose when doing a work plan. Any suggestions?
Is it reported as disconnected or is it actually disconnected? There is a magnet that can get broken and the module becomes “virtually” disconnected.

Try this and see if it helps you. Drop the latches first before putting the pins in place. Rest them mower module on the two bottom pins. Connect the cable. Stand directly in front of the mower module grab the handle with your left hand and grab underneath the front of the mower module at the bumper and tilt the mower upwards towards the fire engaging all 4 pins. Keep going until your head clicks. Drop it down to the ground and do it two more times. Basically you are using the mower head to push against the mounting plate and push the pins through the latches. Make sure the latches are firmly down and check the clearance on the side where the mower and core meet at the mounting plate. You shouldn’t hardly see the pins at all.

No it thinks it’s connected and it keeps cutting but if the core goes over something bumpy like going over a sidewalk, it then falls off the pins. But before that happens I can see the two bottom pins working their way out. Hope that makes sense.

Thanks Bryan I’ll try that.

That worked for me, to put the 2 levers down first then pull it in with the handle to the core. The levers clicked and locked it in place. Doesn’t fall off anymore. But I’ve only been using it for about a week!
