Replaced Core unit has a seized track 🤬

So now onto my second core unit which I have not used as I was waiting for my Pro Mower module. Yesterday I received my mower, which I fitted this morning. Once I manually drove the unit off the charger the right track locked. And the unit goes nowhere. If you use the controller it sounds like it’s trying to move, but nothing. If you try and manually move it is locked and won’t move. I have rebooted the core with no luck. Has anybody had this issue and solutions - anything appreciated.

Does the track spin freely if you turn the unit on its side? Anything stuck inside? Did you get a ticket opened yet? If not, I would recommend you get one started.
