What in the world? Broken with first use because the Yarbo insists on climbing a cherry tree!

Then, the parts have to come from China. Two weeks best case scenario.

No extra blades when I was promised 40 in the box.

I still think it is great, but I need to stop it from climbing trees!

What was your obstacle avoidance setting and how big was the tree? 2 inches or less it won’t see it. Gentle contact mode it relies on the bumper only and if the tree is flared the mower may ride up the flare and cause this.

To help solve the problem with the cherry tree, you can set the tree as a “no-go” zone in the Yarbo app to prevent it from attempting to climb it. Additionally, as Bryan kindly mentioned, you can review the obstacle avoidance mode you’re using. You might consider switching to a higher-level obstacle avoidance mode to help prevent situations like this. Our support team is already working on your support ticket. Regarding the missing blades, the lawn mower module box is supposed to include 20 extra blades, in addition to the blades pre-installed on the mower. If you haven’t found them, please reach out to our after-sales department with your support ticket #74347, and we will arrange to send them to you. We apologize for shipping time, as we currently don’t have stock in the local warehouse, which is why the parts need to come from China. However, we will be stocking more of these accessories in the local warehouse in the future to ensure faster delivery times.

Same problem, but my found my disc broke after hitting absolutely NOTHING.

Super pissed. Just placed an order for more discs, now I wait 30-40 freaking BUSINESS days? JUNE? Are you kidding me?
