Allow multiple Yarbo units to share the same map (&Data Center).
I know this has been brought up multiple times, but not sure there is an official feature request for it. I think this is a no brainer and would add a lot of use cases and more sales for Yarbo.
Easier upgrade path for existing customers.
When a new model comes out, you don’t have to re-map everything and can just add it to the same map. If this feature was available now, I would probably get an M and use it for some areas, and the Y for others.
Backup units, ability to have multiple units in case of failure.
Ability to handle larger spaces, including commercial applications (I think to use this commercially you would almost have to have to support multiple units).
I know that there are issues with multiple units and navigation / routing, but I think even if you at least initially allowed map sharing and just scheduled different units to mow at different times it would be a huge benefit. Long term, some kind of awareness where you could have multiple mowers mowing different areas at the same time would be great.
I have a whole commercial features request thread, but with this generally, I would hope to see charging pad sharing, and the ability for your units to know where each other are and split up the work in an area without crashing into each other. Essentially, I see someone who owns say 3 yarbos and has a one mowing zone that is 1 acre to be able to hit the button to mow that area, and then have the option to select which units to send out with a checkbox, and the app and units figure out the rest.
Agreed that that would be an ideal end state, but seems like even letting them run in different zones at the same time or even only at different times would still be a huge step forward, and I would think much easier to implement.
Having them not only share a map but the charger too.
2 yarbos sharing 1 charging dock. Would allow me to utilize my 3rd core and spare mower to catch up after a week of rain and soggyness.
Have them start mowing at different times, maybe different areas, and stagger their start time so that when the 2nd core wants to charge the first one has charged and gone back to work.
When the job is done one core docks and charges while the other parks and waits next to, or nearby the CD.
