My new Yarbo stop after 16min use

I bought a Yarbo snow blower.
It ran for 16 minutes before it suddenly just stopped. I have a video as documentation. After it stopped I couldn’t connect to it via Wifi or Bluetooth.
I have restarted it many times, and tried to pair it again without this working. I have taken out the battery and waited a while, and restarted it without the Yarbo working. I think it is the bluetooth and wifi card that have stopped working.
The front left light is flashing red all the time. Do you have any tips for me for further troubleshooting?

First, get a support ticket opened. Second, try holding the power button for 60 seconds. If that doesn’t clear the issue, support is going to have to diagnose it.
