Firmware is up to date, not newest but one back. It did an upgrade to this one.
I will try the toggling.

Did not work, but I drove it to the area and it seems to be working
Time to start a ticket on the new to me refurb…
Don’t forget the video!
I forgot the video, damn, but I did remember to give them permission to drive or whatever they need to do to fix it. Now I have to go do my homework again and submit a video.
They’re totally gonna be asking you for a video. Lol
I know, I know, I am on it as soon as I finish my supper…
Do the battery cable pull for 5 mins.
@B-Mod - don’t forget your mailing address, and your P/O #, and permission to connect remotely, and the time of the issue being recorded. Then ask them how many hours of use are on the refurbished core.
oh wait … we’ve been here before ![]()
Power down and disconnect engaged
“Please keep your Yarbo powered on so we can perform remote diagnostics!” ![]()
I actually got that last evening. I powered it down and left it in the yard, so support could play with it in the morning. I was going to power it up around 9pm, at 8:30pm I got an email that they tried to pull the logs but it was offline. I had to go power it up early for them.
Did not work, I even did the hold the power button for 60 sec, and then hit it again. No go.
If you don’t have video, it didn’t happen. ![]()
I sent them the video and pic of my phone with time stamp. Did not video power up and down, didn’t think they need to watch me do everything, unless they want to pay me. Wait no, I am retired for a reason, work sucks.
Hi there, we’re sorry for the inconvenience this has caused, and we also apologize for the confusion regarding the log retrieval. It appears that our team may have attempted to access the logs from your previous Core instead of the replacement unit.
I have already informed the FSE responsible for your case about this situation. They will follow up with you soon to retrieve the logs from your new Core and continue investigating the issues.
We understand your concerns, especially after going through multiple replacement units, and we appreciate your patience while we work to identify the root cause and help get your Yarbo back to normal operation.
Hi there, sorry to hear that you’re experiencing this issue with the replacement Core.
Please try the troubleshooting steps provided by our support team and share the results with us. The information collected will help our team better understand what is happening and investigate further.
We appreciate your patience and cooperation, and we will continue to follow up on this issue to help identify the cause and find a solution.
My question is not about the dock but the rover. Does it have sensors to detect when the dock is below and aligned? I see metallic plates next to the plastic cover of the wireless charger.
The core does not detect the dock, and I cannot start the wireless charge maually either. I am using the wired charger.
My ticket is not old, about a week so no excuse for FSE to connect to the wrong core and claim that they are unable to access the logs.
How can Yarbo ship replacement cores that are non-working? How can that pass QC?
Yes the rover has sensors to detect the dock. It’s possible it’s just a software bug.
