Restarting the core

Is it only me or anyone else needs to press twice the “restart Yarbo system” to actually restart the core? When I first press this option in safety menu then the regular “in progress” turning wheel show’s up for about 2 seconds but the core do not initialize the restart procedure. Only when I press it again once the turning wheel disappears, then the core makes the desired restart. I don’t remember it was like that on previous software version. Now because my unit is not working I have in 3 days made maybe 50+ restarts and it’s clearly as I described 100% of the times I’m attempting to make the restart.
@Yarbo-Forum is this restart process supposed to be like that by design?

How complex is your map?

Do you ever get a “request failed please check your network” error in the App?

Temporarily disable Bluetooth on your phone and see if it registers every time that way.

I have almost 2 hectares and it’s for Yarbo 5 different areas. Maybe a bit complex yes. Never had network issue notification like that. At the mid May when I started the mowing thing I had some zigzag on one border and then it always failed to start and messaged me that it first needed some extra time to calculate the work needed to be done and then just bluntly failed to start. Support quickly found the reason and I did fixed the messed up border area.
I have not really a problem with pressing restart twice. Just made me think is this meant to be that way that people don’t accidentally restart the core or it is just a glitch in the (my?) system.
Also I just tried the restart with Bluetooth and without. Same. Need to press restart still twice

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

No, needing to press the restart button twice is not the intended design. If you’re consistently experiencing this, it may require further investigation. I’ve already passed this along to the relevant team so they can look into it.
