Returning Yarbo for full refund

Has anyone here attempted to return their yarbo and modules for a full refund? My core unit is dead after less than a month, and I am just not sure I have faith that a new core unit will be any better, so I am considering requesting a refund. Does anyone know the process for this? I also don’t have any of the original packaging. Thanks

If you no longer have the original packaging, that’s okay—you can mention this in your ticket. We offer replacement packaging for purchase, and the cost will be deducted from your refund amount.
