Yarbo hasn't worked as promised from day one.

First, ordered in July, it took 6 months to receive my first unit. Finally when I did, the first core failed and I never got my driveway cleared of snow, not even once. Spring came and I have gone thru 5 more cores and still haven’t gotten my 3 acre yard mowed completely, once. The last core i received yesterday and it has failed today. It won’t charge on either of my docking stations or manually.

Since you can’t transfer the maps from one core to the next, I have spent better then a month, driving a core around redrawing the maps.

Yarbo has proven to me to be extremely unreliable and I feel sorry for those who’s warranty has run out.

I’m done, I want my money back. Which won’t even cover the money and time I have spent unpacking, repacking and on the setup of yarbo.

I’m really sorry for all the inconvenience you’ve gone through, and I completely understand your frustration.

I’ve reviewed your support ticket and noted the latest issue. Based on the details you provided, the charging problem may be related to battery temperature. If the temperature goes over 50°C, the system will stop charging as a safety measure. In that case, please wait for the battery to cool down, then restart charging. You can check the battery temperature on the diagnostics page in the app the next time it happens.

If the issue is not related to temperature, our technical team will continue to assist and troubleshoot with you.

Also, we understand your decision after all the replacements. If you’d like to proceed with a refund, I’ll help you with the process.

Apologies again for the inconvenience caused.
