I’m interested in seeing what kind of shed/shack/house/cover people have. I need to build one to prevent my Yarbo from overheating while charging and I’d love to base my design on the designs of all the creative folks on this forum. Thanks in advance!
Cheap, effective, search for fabric dog house on amazon. It works great and doesn’t kill the GPS too bad.
I went the fabric dog house route last year as a temporary measure. The plan is to build something permanent this year, but I needed to wait until I had a working trimmer first so I could take its size into consideration.
Bottom line - Yarbo with a trimmer can’t use the fabric dog house. Yarbo will destroy it pretty quickly. But if you don’t have a trimmer, the dog house works very well.
Good point I forgot about the trimmer. I always take mine off.
So now that I have my working Trimmer, I’ve started designing Yarbo’s permanent house. Hopefully I’ll have it built within the next week if I get the free time to do it. (That probably means it’ll take 3-4 weeks!!). 
I procrastinate so give me 8 week or so, or maybe I will finish it next spring when it is warm again after the long winter.
When I posted this, I already had one of the fabric doghouses on the way. It seems like the rest of you are in a similar place…planning something more permanent. So for those of you also in the planning mindset, what things do you plan on adding? Also, what about dimensions, taking the various components into account? Thinking about all seasons. Solar fans for air movement? Ideas for keeping the docking station clear of drifting snow? Module storage? Best choice of building materials? Etc.
Looking forward to hearing more about your final design. The landscape lighting is such a nice touch.

I’m leaning towards building Yarbo’s house with T1-11 siding and corrugated polycarb roof panels. We’ll see. Just need the free time to do it.
Don’t forget the back end needs to be open too for the snowblower to blow through.
Actually, I found that there’s no need to snowblow the dock with the shelter above it. It protects against the snow. I never once had Yarbo snowblow the dock last winter. So not concerned about sealing the rear of the permanent dog house.
