Has the line straightening always been this aggressive? I like it. I lost part of my latest mapping when I switched cores, silly me didn’t double check very close…but last time I mapped this I made a little turn at the end to miss the porch railing. I might not have been as aggressive this time and may try re-mapping later but it completely straightened the wavy line![]()
I don’t think it’s supposed to do any kind of straightening.
I don’t want to derail this post but anyone who thinks the Yarbo snow blower can’t deal with snow really should take a look at @rcguymike posts. ![]()
Kind of like some more things. Might be more about the nut behind the wheel than some people realize.
Hi there, thanks for pointing this out. At the moment, Yarbo should not automatically straighten your mapping lines.
Please try redrawing that sidewalk and see whether the same thing happens again. If it does recur, please submit a support ticket so our team can investigate it further.
We appreciate you sharing the detail.
Would it do this to connect mapping paths where GPS was lost/regained with Drawing Max Travel Distance set to a large value?
I was thinking it might be poor GPS signal related as well, but his screenshot shows green GPS.
Usually that area has good GPS. I actually decided to leave that section straight and just let the deflector go high to lob it over the deck, we don’t use it in the winter anyways and straight lines are less likely to get “stuck” ![]()
