Depending on the degree of the turn, it could. This is why it’s best not to turn in dead ends.

Be careful with turns in deadends as it is not using cameras (I think). So when turning back, if your deadend is tight, and there is an obstacle it can climb on, it will… And it may even flip.
Use turns in deadends only if you feel that you have room around if it decides to be a bit imprecise…
