Yep but it’s a warranty item for right now. They’ll take care of you. In the interim you can run with it disconnected.

The issue is on the mower I’m returning. They sent me a new one because the cutting height motor didn’t work any longer.
Probably shouldn’t run in gentle touch with the bumper disconnected.
You can, it’s just bad touch mode at that point. Moderate bypass works relatively well. Might have a few missed spots but overall you’ll get it on a 90 degree next cut.

Yes, the collision detection bumper is user-replaceable. While we currently don’t have plans to list it in the store yet, thank you for bringing this up.
