I came across a comment suggesting that if the app is open and connected to Yarbo, it might prevent a firmware update from happening. Is that true? What exactly stops Yarbo from auto-updating its firmware? I understand that running a job or being off the charger can block updates—but if Yarbo is charging, is there anything else that could interfere with an update?

Battery percentage I think needs to be 50% or higher. It has to be idle which means the app needs to be closed and it goes to sleep after 10 mins. I also think a scheduled job within the next 10 mins would prevent it as well (since it wakes up before the schedule start).

You recommended to turn WiFi off and just use halow. Is WiFi needed for the updates? I’m still waiting for the update as well.
Nope, it’s not needed. It will update over HaLow with no issues. It’s a slow rollout over a week. Just sit tight and it will eventually hit your unit.

It’s an interesting visual glitch. Does it every time, even if you are up to date.
