Why are map settings not saved with the cloud map?

So was editing boundaries and NGZs and medded up and kept the wrong part of an edit and wiped out a mowing zone!

My fault, but not to worry I have my back up cloud maps, yaaaaay! So I restored the last map and went and re-edited the bits I hadn’t saved yet.

Started a new mowing plan and got the unit under way.

Went to go check on what it was upto. Yarbo wasn’t doing what I expected.

Aaaargh. I forgot to got and change all of the settings for each area and dead-end.

Why are the settings not saved with the map?

Either save the setting with the map or give us a table of the areas with their settings.

Sooo annoying and getting time consuming.

Yeah kinda dumb why all settings are not saved as is on that day.

Yep. Unfortunately the settings currently aren’t saved. Really frustrating.

Seems really obvious that Yarbo should just save “everything” to the cloud. Hopefully they’ll get around to updating it one day.

Yep, such a common ask and seems like a no brainer. Them not being restored is very unexpected in the user experience. Any unexpected and unintuitive things like this should be addressed. At the very least, it should remind you about restoring all of that until they actually can back it up and restore it.

We’re sorry for the inconvenience. Currently, when a map is restored from the cloud backup, the related settings are not restored along with the map.

We understand your need for this feature and how it would improve the overall user experience. I’ll share your feedback with our product team for further consideration.

My proble is that there are 1 or 2 mowing lots that have specific values for the boundary offset and having to remember to set the cutting height of the dead-ends I have set up.
