My Yarbo is no longer able to make right turns, and as a result it’s not able to mow anymore. Please see photo, July20_1.jpeg attached. Since it is not able to turn to the right, it has drifted away from its intended mowing path. I couldn’t even send it to the docking station. With enormous difficulties, I managed to bring it into the garage. I confirmed that there are nothing stuck under the Yarbo. I checked the tracks, mowing deck, and under the Yarbo core and everything seems perfectly clear.
I have also attached a short video of my Yarbo attempting to turn during mowing. As you can see, the video is longer than 1 min, but Yarbo was not able to turn.
Do the disconnect battery, 5 mins, reconnect, hold silver button for 60 sec, you may need to hit silver button again and see if that fixes it. If not start a ticket asap.
Suspend the unit in the air a little bit and move the tracks, left and right one and see if they move freely and evenly. Might be bearings gone in the wheel or idlers or could be loose bolts in the track wheel or something stuck in it.
I couldn’t suspend the unit in the air, but was able to put it on both sides and thoroughly examine the tracks. Nothing is stuck inside. There are no loose bolts. I was able to manually move both tracks and the tension on the tracks seems like a reasonable one.
Support wanted me to put it on the docking station so that they can diagnose, but I couldn’t navigate it using the app as it was moving erratically. I had to put it on a dolly and move it to the DS. Hopefully, the support will be able to figure it out soon. Thank you!
