When I’m placed behind this is the left track.
I removed the track making sure there was no obstruction
when manually moving the track back and forth the sound is different. I do not have the same resistance and typical driving sound.
looking at diagnostic screen there is a difference between left and right motor. One is showing around 0,6-0,65 and the other is showing 2,75 roughly, when trying to move in straight line, which is not feasible…
Get a ticket submitted, sounds like you need a new track assembly. Take some video of what you are seeing and screenshots of the diagnostics and provide that to support to help them more quickly evaluate and provide a solution.
If you are in the US , just to let you know there is a delay, shortage of units, they just told me mine will be another 15 days till they ship, and I have already waited about 10 days so far.
As @bryan.wheeler noted this has all the symptoms of failing track drive. If your have some mechanical aptitude and a couple hours, this is something you can replace yourself. Support can help with options and next steps.
Tks for the feed back, I have opened a ticket and sent all info requested, I’m still under warranty so I prefer not to do it myself
