Yarbo stuck in boot up

If I hold the button down too long it shuts down again.

Hold it for 60 seconds I believe is what people have said they’ve been told. From what I recall.

Yes. I’ve tried. After 30 seconds it shuts down again. And after 3 minutes I let go of the button. Nothing happened.

And I’m assuming quick press after all that holding doesn’t yield any different results? I would recommend dropping your ticket number here so the forum administrator can check on its status for you.

no. then it just restarts and gets stuck with flashing lights. until you disconnect the battery.

Why not give us the tools and steps to fix this one our own? Do you think your customers are stupid? This is insulting…

I am having the same issue. First time unboxing and setting up Yarbo yesterday. Ticket number 120720. When support said hold for 60 seconds it just powers off after 30. Never says ready to work. Same flashing lights in this thread. My Data Center was green when I set it up then it said do a firmware upgrade to the data center so I did and stayed in range the entire time with my phone watching the updates and downloads, then updated and said the DC would be flashing red and it was normal. Don’t think this is related to Yarbo Core issue because I cannot even connect via bluetooth or bluetooth remote. Yarbo Core is Dead. DC flashes red. Support said to wait for engineer to contact in a couple days. Any help or solution is appreciated. It doesn’t seem to be just isolated to me, according to others here.

Unfortunately this will require support to intervene.
