Battery at 0% how do you charge it

but fruitful…

Working fine:

One minute Later. No HaLow or gps and battery grayed out.

One minute later suspended:

HaLow, GPS, and battery are all back. Something smells off…

should I reopen my suspended without cause ticket?

Interestingly enough, I got an email from support about one of my other tickets at 13:14 asking me to keep Yarbo powered on and connected to the internet.

Do the workplans get suspended when support hops online to check logs?

That’s an interesting question. I’d guess it depends what they did. I’m not a big fan of support being able to access my equipment without me actively approving that access. They don’t know what you or the machine are doing when they start poking around. Maybe it’s on your new workbench for service?

Gratuitous timelapse

Do you have the time-synced diags for this clip?

I have been playing with that. I mirrored my iPhone on my Mac. It was set to the Diag screen. Can’t scroll it to where I want it. But at some point the answer will be yes.

Will be handy to track my HaLow signal strength and satellite coverage.

We SHOUDN’T have to develop this stuff. Logging should handle it all and give a clear picture, but this is where we’re at.

I’m sure the logs are there. We just lack access to them.

But it’s doable.

That looks to be a winner. Screen caps will get both… and you give a lot of credit on logs that I’m not sure is due.

Yarbo support has access to a ton of logs. This is why it’s so critical to give support as close to the times the incidents occurred as possible so they can narrow it down in the logs quicker. Otherwise they have to sift through tons of data to get to the issues.

I like what you did here with the screenshots. Very handy. I often leave the app open on my computer (Mac) while I run the plans and keep an eye on things. I disable bluetooth though.

Disable bluetooth on your Mac?

Yep, otherwise the rover latches on even way out at the end of the yard and the app is delayed like crazy

Well look at that, grabbing bluetooth while sitting on the charger. Tricky devil…

I can hear Dave Chapelle now… Gotcha…

Thanks for sharing the update regarding the suspend issue. I’ve noticed that you’ve also included this in your support ticket—our support team will further investigate the matter and get back to you with a response.

We appreciate you bringing this to our attention!

@Yarbo-Forum when a support team member is retrieving the logs, does this suspend an active workplace?

The timing of an email from one of my tickets is pretty close to the time of the suspended work plan.

There should be a way to toggle BT in the App as well. I don’t want to turn it off globally on my phone as it’s the key to my cars!

Yes I asked for this a long time ago and was told it was in the works. Not sure if that changed or not.

It takes time to turn off bluetooth. Can’t rush these things.

I can’t tell you how many support tickets this would probably solve. Should be a priority IMHO.
