Or is the “plastic cover inside protecting the wiring, speakers, and such” good enough?

I couldn’t submit a ticket via the app (Kept getting an “Unable to add ticket” error) so I sent them an email yesterday. They responded back to me within a few hours. Response below.

I have opened a ticket $131563. They responded with similar email and said they will get back to me. All is good.
