Couldn't Help but Notice

Yes. I do not have many hours on Yarbo and noticed the leaves started to accumulate inside, so this cover will definitely helps.

@Yarbo-Forum I watched the video that @ken.w.gregory posted. Seems pretty straight forward. I see what you mean about the cables.

How liberal can we be with water cleaning out the inside of the core-keeping the speaker in mind? I’d like to get it as tidy as I can in there before the install.

I plan on avoiding water. Leaf blower will likely do a pretty good job, then maybe a damp cloth.

I just use my handheld blower. Works wonders and gets all the leaves/dust/debris out pretty quickly.

Hello Ben, I’ve checked with our field service engineers. It’s fine to use a damp cloth to clean the inside of the core. Just make sure not to spray water directly into the speaker area,

Nice! Much better. Should significantly help with the longevity of the components.

I hope Yarbo offers this retrofit to all of their existing customers.

Actually I just thought of a possible pro/con, it might help keep heat in a bit in winter, that might be a con in summer though

My experience was the opposite. The first core received in August had this plastic bulkhead but the replacement core received end of October did not so we transplanted some parts. Our 3rd core did have it fitted

No 2 are alike

So hot in the summer.

I’m going to guess that they tested this & figured it didn’t add enough heat to be a concern
