Got error waiting for blades to reach speed

Agreed. Would be nice to know.

I’ve asked the team to review your ticket as soon as possible.

We’re sorry for the delay in response and understand how frustrating it is to have this issue ongoing for such a long time. Thank you for your patience, and we’ll do our best to get an update for you as quickly as possible.

Got an update from support…

Dear Brian,

Hope you are in good health.

Thank you so much for writing back to us with that detailed, step-by-step timeline and the recent updates. We extremely appreciate you providing this thorough breakdown under such frustrating circumstances,

Regarding your ongoing concern, please accept our sincerest apologies for the delay. Your case has been escalated, and our team has been actively working on it. As mentioned previously, we are currently experiencing a very high volume of inquiries and cases, which has unfortunately affected our overall response times. We completely understand your frustration given that this has been ongoing for a month.

Additionally, we would like to inform you that our development team has just released a new firmware version specifically designed to address and improve these types of system behaviors. The rollout is expected to be fully completed by tomorrow.

Once this new update is successfully pushed to your system, our technical team will immediately complete a full remote diagnosis on your unit’s logs to see how the machine responds. We will get back to you with a concrete update as soon as that is finalized.

In the meantime, please ensure that your Yarbo remains turned on, online, and connected to the internet. We highly recommend keeping it connected to the wired charger or properly positioned on the docking station so it stays fully powered and doesn’t go offline due to rapid battery depletion in the yard.

We will get back to you very soon with an update. Once again, we truly appreciate your incredible patience, cooperation, and persistence throughout this entire process.

Best regards,

Bryan

Team Yarbo

We will see where this goes in the next few days after we dry out from the 3 inches of rain we got today.

Do you not have the .11 update?

I am always at the tail end of releases. I just got it this afternoon.

New module for me

How long did that take? I am working on a month now with this.

Definitely not a month

This is crazy how long it takes to get these problems fixed. I don’t think they understand that grass grows quickly.

Yeah between the troubleshooting and now rainy days, I might have a couple areas nearing a foot tall:sweat_smile::sweat_smile::sweat_smile:, was supposed to get the replacement yesterday according to FedEx but it had an unreadable label shipping exception…so maybe today/tomorrow

Tik Toc, another couple days past and no solution. Now it’s their weekend so maybe better luck for me next week. This is just sad how they tell you to leave it on charge and we will look into it asap, then nothing.

Have you tried an app based reboot of the core?

Sorry I haven’t read the whole thread.

Im having the same issue with one of mine. It only seems to do it once per charge cycle. A reboot from the app gets it going again like it never stopped.

It has had many reboots and battery disconnects. No luck, it is an issue many others have had. No information from Yarbo what is the real issue is.

They have asked me to keep a log of this issue.

I gave them tons of info for the past month, turned on logging ect. still nothing for a solution for me.

Do you have access to a different mowing head.

Some of us brought a system with an M1 head and then the Pro head came out.

I do, but I paid good money for the Pro, I want to use the Pro module. My grass is not a good grass to use with M1.

I hear you, but cut grass is better than uncut grass.

I can cut grass I just get the blade speed message and have to send it to charge every time.

For what it’s worth I finally got them to send me a new pro mower module and have not seen this issue since then. It has mowed twice so far. I have about 3 acres that the yarbo handles, so it takes a couple of cycles.

Springs did not fix my problem, but new mower module did.
