I’ve been having the same problem with the pro mower since May. I had to purchase a lawnmower to try to keep up with the 6 acres of grass that needs to be mowed. This is incredibly frustrating as it makes my property and my business look neglected.
I’m sorry for the delay in response from our support team. I’ve asked the team to check your ticket as soon as possible.
I have given info about this many many times I am very thorough in my ticket with pics and I tell them times, times are in pictures, I hit record ect.
Now today they are asking when it last happened, and if I know the time it happened???
WTF come on, I really think they are trying to run the clock out on the factory warranty, that or they are just plain stupid.
This is so frustrating to get told 2 times now in the past week that the ticket is moved up, today they will remote in, and so on and nothing, not a damn thing has happened, now they tell me today they are going to remote in. Really you already did or told me that 2 times in the past week, can’ they read their own ticket and see how stupid this sounds???
We’re sorry for the inconvenience and frustration this has caused.
The reason we asked for a specific timestamp is that we were unable to locate the relevant logs during our initial diagnosis. To help our engineers accurately identify the corresponding log entries, we needed a precise timestamp from a recent occurrence of the issue.
We apologize for any confusion this request may have caused.
Your case is now under investigation by our FSE team, and they are actively reviewing the available data. We will keep you updated as soon as we have any findings or a confirmed conclusion.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.
So what you’re saying is because it so long for support to get to his ticket, the logs got overwritten. Someone in 1st level support needs to start preserving these logs when the ticket is created.
Last night I got 2 messages to the same ticket, apologies again, no solution. Meanwhile my other tickets get ignored.
I think they are just plain stupid. Long and short of it!
Update…
After over a month of issues, many ticket entries, logs recorded ect. I get this wisdom this morning…
Dear Yarbo Owner,
Thank you for your patience.
After analyzing the logs, we found that the right cutting motor appears to be stuck, possibly due to foreign objects tangled around the blade disc, which may be causing a blockage or stall.
Could you please inspect the right blade disc to check for any obstructions or signs of structural deformation?
We appreciate your cooperation and support.
Best Regards,
Sherry Cao

Come on now, how stupid do they think I am? I even stated in the ticket the first time it happened I checked and cleaned the entire deck. Some how they think my deck only has something blocking the right blade at 18% charge. Try again guys, and try harder…
We are now collecting additional related logs from the past two days for further analysis. Once we have any updates, we will get back to you as soon as possible.
I am living this exact timeline as you B-mod. I have the same issue, only it’s the left blade stopping. Only solution is to send it back to recharge for a couple hours. Guards removed, no grass jamming, nothing wrapped around motor shaft, clearing error doesn’t help… Weeks of them telling me they would run diagnostics, finally did that and responded with “no signs of an issue”. Sent exact minute the issues are happening. Ticket# 201978.
Finally a solution to my blade issue…
Dear Yarbo Owner,
Thank you for your patience. The lawn mower pro module replacement process has been initiated.
This replacement is being provided under our Advanced Replacement Program. You may review the complete details of our Advanced Replacement Process in Refund & Exchange Policy – Yarbo.
We have already initiated the process, and once the lawn mower pro module is shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking information.
Sorry to hear about the issue. I’ve asked our team to further investigate your case as soon as possible.
I observed something i think was interesting today. Got the waiting for blade speed error again. Went to the mower, lifted the mower module so it pointed sligthly upwards, guess what, the blades started to spin and the mower started to move.
I see two options here, either a buggy sensor or a defect power cable.
Any other experiencing the same?
Also observed that the wheels were broken, anyone know how to replace them?
Mine would not start by lifting, did it several times and it never started. One time I manually started the blades, it started both blades, went to run plan both started it drove 5 feet and the one blade stopped again.
Do you have an M1 or Pro? M1 did have a wiring harness issue. Open a ticket if you don’t have one. Let them know about the wheels. They will send you new ones and if they diagnose your mower issue as a harness issue (sounds like it), then they will just replace the whole module.
Different error, but describes some troubleshooting that you already did. Yarbo is adjusting the blade | Yarbo Wiki
I have a M1, have an open ticket and provided the same information there and have done a lot of logging.
I have no problems with clogging or debris as i have removed the protection gear at each side. That has to be a desgn flaw as it doesn’t work for real world conditions.
Hi there, I’ve checked your ticket. Regarding the original issue, our team will continue investigating it to provide a solution.
As for the wheel issue, could you please attach relevant pictures to your ticket thread? This will help improve support efficiency.
Thank you for your patience while our support team gets back to you.
New pro mower seems to have fixed my issue with this. Fed Ex just picked up the old mower.
This is sounding more and more like a manufacturing defect. My money is on M25 harness connections.
